Rebuilt Nash CL6002 Stainless Steel Clad Vacuum Pump, Scope of Rebuilt includes:

1) Heads, reconditioned – full S/S cladded face, screws & plugs welds, machined to factory print.

2) Body, SS Clad, install S/S liner & solid S/S center shroud, weld complete, air test & machine to factory print.

3) Cones, New CI – pre-machine to install S/S cone skins, weld cone skin & machine to factory print.

4) Rotor, S/S Clad, pre-machine to accept new SS OD rings & machine to size, weld tapers & machine to factory print.

5) Bearing Bores - Sleeve bearing bores (2) 

6) Shaft, New 4140 double extended shaft, machined to factory print, install in rotor & skim cut ODs & tapers for concentricity.

7) New Bearings, packing, lip seals, & misc. hardware.

8) Assemble to factory specifications.

9) Paint & Make Ready to ship.

 Delivery is 4-5 weeks from time of approval.
