Rebuilt Nash CL 3002 Vacuum Pump, Stainless Steel Clad Iron Casing, Stainless Steel Rotor.

Description – Full S/S Cladded Pump:

1)      Disassemble & Inspect, document all dimensions.

2)      Sandblast & all parts.

3)      Shaft, Clean & Reuse, as long as critical areas are within tolerances.

4)      Rotor, C/I, Weld rotor small wear areas on OD & tapers & machine to print.

5)      Heads, S/S Clad – Sleeve both bearing bores, repair cone pockets to factory print.

6)      Body, S/S Clad – weld small wear areas & machine to print.

7)      Cones, S/S cladded – Weld wear areas & machine wear areas.

8)      New Bearings, Packing, & Misc. Hardware.

9)      Assemble to factory specifications.

Delivery is 4-5 weeks from time of approval
